   High end, contemporary villa for retreat in Gran Canaria. Tranquil surroundings & secluded location without imminent neighbours, on a promontory over the ocean, with stunning scenery all around. 
  Silence, only hearing the ocean breeze, and yet 15 min away from the pulsating capital Las Palmas de GC.

  5 bedrooms, accomodating maximum 10 persons,  > 420 m2, with a heated private salt water infinity pool 15 x 4 m, fenced plot of 18.000 m2, plenty of nice walking & climbing paths, 20 min walk to the beach below in San Andres /Quintanilla /El Portillo (Costa Lairaga). Aerial distance to sea 700 meters. Altitude 150 m above sea level.

   Two floors and extensive outdoor terracing, outdoor argentinian charcoal BBQ, and a cosy mezzanine. Four bathrooms, five toilets, separate washing room (washing machine/tumble dryer/extra refrigerator) fully equipped kitchen with combined  microwave / conventional owen, built in coffee machine, among others. Interior influenced by and furnished with contemporary scandinavian design.  Spacious light flooded living room with miles long oceanview, TV room and room with a waterfall patio. Bedrooms with comfortable beds, one facing patio with waterfall, rest facing large outdoor terraces.

   Planted surroundings with lots of fruit trees (lime, mango, avocado, coffe plants etc), all automatically irrigated. 
   All indoor acomodities included, high-speed fiber internet acces (1 GB ). Location wise - off grid, but - fully connected.
   Children friendly, but no pool surveillance. Alarm & video surveillance. Smoking is NOT allowed.

   Nice walking paths with immediate access from the estate, proximity to beaches by walk or by car.   
  Las Palmas, 15 min, Agaete 25 min, San Agustin 45 min Puerto Rico 55 min away by car. LPA Airport 30 min.
  Excursions, Hikes, Bicycling tours with unlimited variety and courses to choose from, where we gladly help with suggestions. 
  Possibilities  for exploring nearby islands by ferry boat over the day, or by planned stayaway.       Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and Teneriffe are all directly connected by ferry boat service from Las Palmas. Teneriffe even with highspeed ferries from Agaete + Las Palmas.

   Visiting Los Dolores and Gran Canaria is nice and comfortable all year arround, due to the subtropic  climate with privileged daytime temperatures (20-30 C all year around).

   The villa is situated in a quiet rural area of the island, with no mass tourism in sight. Secluded at the end of a cosy palm street. Proximity to an international (multilingual) school.
   Activities as wave surfing, diving, horse riding, bicycling can be done locally, within a short drive from the villa.
   Possibilities for additional services on request ( bread/vegetables/fruits delivery, own chef, childcare, excursions planning, bookings, massage, own guide for touring, sailboat excursions, VIP transports etc).
